Maddog opened its doors on Starr Ave with a simple conviction: a good drink shouldn't require a reservation, and a great cup of coffee deserves the same craftsmanship as a signature cocktail.
We source our beans from roasters who treat each batch like a craft project, and our bartenders build drinks that respect the ingredients — no shortcuts, no rushed pours. Whether you're grabbing a morning pour-over or settling in for an evening old-fashioned, the standard is the same.
